Details of ceiling. Is there a room, or loft above or a flat roof.

Give details of roof if roof immediately above ceiling.

Ground or 1st floor etc.

Number of persons.

PC equipment, copiers etc.

Lights. We need the wattage.

Indicate whether domestic or commercial use.

Desired room temperature.

Do you require cooling during the daytime or just evenings and night time?
